I received the wrong itemMistakes sometimes happen! If you’ve received the wrong item, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@taupcases.com and we will advise you on what to do before sending you the correct item.

I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?Check the status of your order in the tracking system to see the status of your parcel. If the parcel has reached your country, you can contact your local postal office for more information. Only business days are counted towards. Production of your order does not account for the shipping period, so the delivery timeframe can be longer than expected. Example: You placed an order on Friday, March 1st. Processing your order will take 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. If the shipment gets lost, the courier has up to 10 additional business days to find the parcel. Your maximum estimated delivery time is Friday, March 29th. If the maximum time has elapsed and the status is unclear - Contact us at hello@taupcases.com we will be happy to help.

Will my order incur custom and import charges?Unfortunately, we can’t control custom and import charges as these are added once an item arrives at its destination. These charges vary from country to country, so we advise that you check what they might be before placing your order, so you don’t get any unwanted surprises!

What are your cases made of?Our Tough cases are made of a dual-layer product for extra durability. The Tough’s outer case is made from impact resistant polycarbonate with an inner TPU liner for added drop protection.

Who designs TAUP cases?Our cases are design by our founder, Lucia Pickett. She has been a designer for over 10 years working in advertising agencies and corporate. She is highly passionate about the latest trends in fashion and style and takes pride of every case she designs. Our cases are manufactured in Korea with TAUP Quality Control supervision. The product is designed, in Miami, USA.

How to clean TAUP cases?All TAUP cases use the highest-quality materials in the market. Plastics are equipped with UV-resistant features. Cases will still react to objects they come in contact with. Dirt and wear and tear from daily use is to be expected. We recommend cleaning the case regularly or cleaning any stains immediately. You can use a mild soap or dishwashing liquid mixed with warm water. Gently scrub the case with a soft cloth or sponge without putting any pressure. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow it to dry completely before putting it back on your phone. We recommend avoiding any harsh chemicals, alcohol, disinfectant wipes or abrasive cleaners as they could damage the print of the case.
