Eligibility for Refunds

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Conditions for Returns

The product you purchased from our online store was tailor-made according to your specifications. Therefore, we only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product doesn’t meet your specified requirements

  • The product was damaged in transit

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any product, please contact us at hello@taupcases.com to discuss your concern and obtain a return authorization. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  2. Original Condition: Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

  3. Return Shipping: Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the customer's responsibility. Please label the package as "RETURNED ITEM" to avoid any confusion.

 

Refund Method

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we receive the returned item.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for products returned without prior discussion with us.

 

Exchanges

Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date . If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
